This is Lucy from the show! She's your typical starter-PC wide-eyed (LITERALLY) dumb of ass with golden heart. I am playing her from after Season 2 and she's just vaguely wastelanding.

Currently she ... somehow joined Buggy's circus and is doing a biography on Joshua Graham. jk, unless....

Aries! He's from before the war but since this fallout group is just vaguely fallout, I've fudged that maybe he was in cryo for some reason, who the hell knows or cares.

He wears a mask most of the time and is obsessed with monster-kisslling. He used to work for a caravan, currently is traveling with Joshua Graham, they are kissing. He has a plasma rifle and he might also be joining the circus, that shit is fun as hell.

BUGGY is a raider, former pirate (when you are a raider with a boat, you are a pirate, them's the breaks), assigned clown at birth so he runs a circus. He's the star of the show and you're gonna love him, this is a threat.

what's nice about the circus is it's a freak4freak establishment where synths, ghouls, mutants, gaywads, people who were assigned clown at birth by their freak genetics, etc (and apparently vaulties too, they are also freaks) are accepted and defended

what's not nice about the circus is that if you're not one of the freaks you're one of the marks and they will openly rob you if they get impatient about waiting for you to blow all your cash on the midway lol... but they have a 5 year plan, they're at least claiming they wanna go legit (the crew voted for "let's try to get shot at less, as a lifestyle")

what's not nice about Buggy is his personality

Joshua Graham is a 🔥 toasted roasted 🔥 ~~mormon~~ New Canaanite missionary who, through a series of oopsy-daisies and yes-ands, co-founded a totalitarian military dictatorship in his twenties called Caesar's Legion. his run as Caesar's Legate was ended when he and his army failed to take Hoover Dam from the NCR, at which point he was set on fire and yeeted into the Grand Canyon. his END 10 ass survived. it's not common knowledge that he's alive, but anyone who's been in contact with the Legion has heard ghost stories about the Burned Man.

these days he's still acting as war chief to the Dead Horse tribe out in Zion Valley. currently in a relationship with Aries, so if anything happens to him Joshua will kill everyone in this room and then himself.

he is trying to be a good christian again, but he really likes shooting people too

The Demoman of the mercenary team, Team Fortress. A drunken explosives expert who wound up wandering the wasteland after a teleportation accident left him far from home. If you see him around don't offer him water, only alcohol can sustain him.
